How do I return?
- Email us with your order # & items that you would like to return/exchange
- We will email you back within 24 hours with instructions on whether your item is returnable, etc.
What items are returnable?
- We accept returns for any items that are in new, unworn, and resalable condition within 7 days of purchase (excluding weekends, or national holidays).
- In original condition
- Unwashed and Unworn
What items are non-returnable?
We reserve the right to refuse a return and refund for any items that are damaged, worn, or altered in any way. If we receive a returned item that cannot be resold, we will notify you and offer to return the item to you at your expense. If you choose not to have the item returned, we will dispose of it responsibly. Examples of items that cannot be resold include:
- Items with stains, tears, or rips
- Items with a strong odor (e.g., smoke, perfume)
- Items with missing tags or packaging
- Free gifts or promotional items
- There are strictly no refunds on sale items unless the product is damaged or faulty
- Items no longer in stock
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for return if you paid for shipping
- Original shipping charges is non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping charges if you received items via Free Shipping
If an item you're sending back doesn't comply with our return policy, it may not be approved.
Return / Exchange After Email Approval
Pack all the returned items. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer. Go to local post office, or another courier, to ship the package. Return address for the package:

Please provide us the tracking number from post office or couriers if applicable. You can keep tracking your package by receiving email for shipment updates.
You will receive an email as soon as we received your items, and when refund is approved.
- We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. If a package is returned to us by the carrier, we'll contact you and make any necessary adjustments in order for you to receive the package.
