HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

Our team will be processing orders Monday - Friday excluding holidays. In stock products will typically take 1-2 days to ship.

    DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?

    For domestic orders we do ship to PO Boxes.

      WHAT IF I NEED TO MODIFY MY ORDER?

      If you would like to modify your order and it has not been processed, please email support@renownedwear.com. Once your order has been prepped for shipping, it cannot be modified.

      SIZE AND FIT QUESTIONS, HOW DO I FIND THIS INFORMATION?

      The specific garment measurements provided on each item’s product page.

      WHEN I PLACE AN ITEM IN THE SHOPPING CART, AM I GUARATEED TO RECEIVE THE MERCHANDISE?

      Placing items into your shopping cart does not guarantee the items will remain in stock. Once an item has been purchased, we will send you an order confirmation email. If we are unable to complete your order for any reason, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.

        WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

        American Espress, Visa, Mater Card, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Diner's Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

          WHAT IS YOUR ONLINE RETURN POLICY?

          We accept returns for store credit only, within 30 days from the order’s delivery date. We only accept items in new condition with original tags attached and unworn. 

            WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

            We ship worldwide.

              CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

              All orders are granted a tracking number. Your tracking number will be included in your shipment confirmation email. Your tracking number/link will allow you to access up to date information on the status of your order. 

              When goods are imported into a different country or customs territory, a charge called Customs Duty must apply. This is charged by the local customs authority where the goods are being imported into.

              DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOM FEES?

              If Customs Duty is payable to your territory, you'll be responsible for paying it to the authorities. RENOWNED WEAR is not liable for Customs Duty fees. Whether Customs Duty is payable and by how much depends on a variety of factors. For example, many countries have a 'low-value threshold' below which they do not charge any Customs Duty.

              If you do have to pay Customs Duty, the amount payable is usually calculated based on the value of the goods and the type of goods being imported.
